Shopify Plus: subscription boxes keep charging the old price

Oak & Pine sells seasonal home goods. We run Shopify Plus with Recharge. After we changed three bundle SKUs last month, about 180 subscribers are still billed at the 2025 price. Support is getting the tickets. Need someone who has cleaned this up before — not a theme redesign.
